I originally set out to sell my property myself, online, and although there were a reasonable number of enquiries, after two months the property had not sold.
I was then contacted by Noel Mills, the local PRD Agent and I decided to engage him as my selling agent.
I was very pleasantly surprised by his demeanor, knowledge and energy in the preparation and presentation of my property.
But most of all, I was impressed by his enthusiasm and he seemed to convey the feeling that my property was the only property on the market worth looking at.
Noel never seemed to have a day off, and was always available for questions and advice.
Perhaps his greatest asset would be his negotiation skills, enabling the property to be sold for about $10,000 above the original asking price. I cannot recommend Noel highly enough, and wish him continued success in this field.
