Michael Power alerted me to a "collapsed contract" (or you could put it as an "opportunity") that would suit my requirements as an investment property. Within 24 hours, I signed a contract. During the finance and contractual process, Michael willingly answered any questions and settlement was completed on time with minimal stress. The added bonus was he secured a 12 month tenant agreement beginning just three days after I got the keys! My investment will be managed in very good PRD hands too.
